Background
Dustin is a partner at Perlow, Kornik, Dorot & Bensimon PLLC. With a strong accounting background from his experience in the International Tax group at an accounting firm, Dustin adds a valuable perspective to addressing clients’ needs. His practice includes pre-immigration tax planning, structuring for foreign investment in U.S. real property, FATCA compliance for clients with U.S. filing obligations and planning for U.S. individuals making investing abroad.
Dustin grew up in South Florida before attending Vanderbilt University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and U.S. History. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Dustin obtained a Master of Accountancy at the George Washington and a Juris Doctorate at the American University, Washington College of Law. Upon returning to South Florida, Dustin earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami.
Dustin is admitted to practice law in Florida, Virginia and Washington, D.C., and is a member of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar.
